Attorney Biographies:

Glenn Gaffney is a 1978 graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 1981, he graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law, with honors. He has been practicing law in DuPage County, Illinois since 1981. He was the committee chairperson of the DuPage County Bar Association Labor and Employment Section for three straight years from 1990 through 1994. He has also been a member of the Illinois State Bar Association Labor and Employment Section Council since 1999 and in the term 2003-2004 was the chairperson. He was a member of the ISBA Federal Civil Practice Section Council and was the chairperson of that group in the years 2012-2013.

Currently, he is a member of the ISBA Labor and Employment Section Council, as well as the ISBA Human Rights Section Council. Mr. Gaffney has also been active in the DuPage County Bar Association having served as an officer and Director for a number of years and was President of the DuPage County Bar Association for the term 2006-2007. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman of the DuPage County Bar Association Professional Responsibility Section Council.

Justin R. Gaffney is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He then obtained his law degree from the New England School of Law in Boston Massachusetts in . He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association Labor and Employment Section and the DuPage County Bar Association.

Justin Gaffney provides a variety of legal services, in addition to employment law counseling and litigation. These services include business incorporations, business advise, real estate litigation, foreclosure defense, short sales, estate planning, wills and trusts, business litigation, real estate purchases, sales, and work outs. Justin Gaffney is also a licensed real estate broker, in addition to being a professional real estate lawyer and litigator.
